Here at In-a-box-software hardcore C programmers scare us. We prefer pretending such languages never existed. Our view of software development is that programs should be fun to make and fun to use. It's great to write a quality piece of code, and to have the user think "hey that's pretty slick". We highly encourage creativity with our programmers. Our development is primarily in: Delphi HTML Javascript VB.Net So if you'd like to work for a tech firm that loves creativity, and where the programming ends at 5 let us know.  Graphic Design  A program just isn't a program if it doesn't look cool. Thats where our graphic design department comes in. We encourage our programmers to work with our graphic artists to create user friendly interfaces. We primarily use: Photoshop trueSpace Illustrater Any experience with these tools, or any other graphic design tools is an asset.  Quality Control  The most important aspect of In-a-box-software products is their low level of bugs. Although eliminating all errors from software is almost impossible, we are constantly looking for people to help us maintain our level of quality assurance.  Sales / Marketing  Even though our products practically sell themselves, we realise that a good Sales and Marketing department can mean the difference between Coca-Cola and Pepsi... well maybe that isn't the best example.
